Welcome to my website’s new community space. I created this group so we can explore multiple topics together and support one another along the way. I’ve shared a bit of my own journey with psoriasis, and I know many of you have powerful experiences that could help others who are reading and learning here.

One resource that made a major impact on me was Healing Psoriasis by John O. A. Pagano, D.C. It opened my eyes to how diet and lifestyle can influence our skin and overall health. Everyone’s path is different, but understanding how to choose foods that support your body is a great place to start.
